This linguini dish is warm and rich with flavor. You will stew linguini pasta with vegetable broth and loads of veggies - broccoli, cremini mushrooms, shallots, edamame, and swiss chard. Adding heavy cream at the end during cooling allows the sauce to become rich and thick. Crushed red pepper gives the plate a nice kick, and the Pecorino Romano cheese adds to the creaminess. This meal runs large so bring some for lunch the next day!
